Harbor Hills Development has received a Silver LEED rating from the US Green Building Council and Green Building Certification Institute for the Carlyle Residence. A LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is a tool that provides third-party verification of sustainable buildings.
The Carlyle Residence was designed to meet these standards by a variety of methods from energy conservation to material selection. The home has aided in energy savings. Plus, the adhesives, paints, and flooring materials selected were all low-emitting materials. All of this provides a healthy living environment.
